Presenters can find all necessary poster/talk information, how-to create video talks and send us talks/posters in the Presenter Information guide.
We want the content of ProgPal2021 to be accessible to everyone. In that context:
- We kindly ask presenters to make all talks and posters colour-blindness accessible. We have gathered some important tips in our short Colour-blindness Accessibility guide.
- We are making subtitles/captions obligatory for all full and lightning talks. Presenters can make subtitles in their preferred way or they can follow our Subtitles Tutorial guide, that includes a comprehensive guide to making subtitles in a quick, free and semi-automated way. We have also prepared a video tutorial (6-min):
We kindly ask all presenters to read the appropriate documents thoroughly and follow the instructions that we have provided. Failure to follow our talk and poster requirements may lead to us being unable to accept your presentation.
