Report Meeting Code of Conduct Violation Form

Please use this form to report a violation of the code of conduct at a Palaeontological Association Meeting. Reports can be anonymous. Your report will be sent to The Palaeontological Association Executive Officer, Diversity Officer, and Vice President.

Please note: to limit submissions by robots there is a limit of one message per five minutes per person. If you need to send a follow up message please wait before sending.
