The Palaeontological Association recognises that not all potential attendees will be in a position to pay the Annual Meeting registration costs, due to the impact of COVID-19 or for other reasons. The Association wants everyone who will benefit from the Annual Meeting to be able to attend; therefore, if you wish to register but are unable to pay, there is a fee waiver checkbox on the registration form. No further action will be needed and you will not need to disclose your reasons for selecting the fee waiver option.
The cost to attend this year’s Annual Meeting is greatly reduced compared to previous events. If you have funding available, please consider a voluntary addition to your registration fee to support the work of the Palaeontological Association. You can add this through your registration form.
Not a member of the Palaeontological Association? Why not join – for many it is cheaper to join and attend as a member, than to pay for Non-Member registration. In addition you will get all the other benefits of membership of the Association. You can join the Association here.
If you have caring responsibilities and need financial assistance to arrange cover to enable your attendance, please see our Carer's Bursary under the 'Awards & Grants' tab (closing date 30th November).
Owing to the virtual nature of the meeting, we will not be able to provide certificates of attendance.
