<br />ABSTRACT. Neotypes are proposed for forty-one articulate brachiopod species and subspecies described originally by Kozlowski (1929) from the Ludlow to Gedinne age strata of Podolia, Ukrainian SSR. Lectotypes are selected for two species described by Siemiradzki (1906) from the same area. The complete fauna described by Kozlowski from beds now referred to the Malinovtsy, Isakovtsy, Skala, Borshchov, Chortkov, and Ivane horizons is reviewed on the basis of new collections, and many of the species are assigned where necessary to more appropriate genera. One new species is described as Shaleriella tenuis.
